Olivia Warren, Behavior Assistant

Olivia Warren is a dedicated behavioral health professional with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families, particularly those impacted by autism spectrum disorders. She brings a strong foundation in customer service, time management, and problem-solving, along with the ability to track progress and develop effective, individualized solutions. Olivia is known for her compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and her ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams while consistently working toward positive outcomes.

Throughout her career, Olivia has provided a wide range of supportive services including roles as an ABA/PCA provider, Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS), Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Transitional Assistant, Teacher Assistant, and Substitute Teacher. In these roles, she collaborated with educators and clinical teams to evaluate student progress, implement individualized learning strategies, and address behavioral and developmental needs. She monitored educational and behavioral progress through detailed documentation, supported classroom management, and supervised groups of students throughout the school day. Olivia also utilized evidence-based behavioral strategies, including verbal prompts, visual supports, and social stories, to help clients understand expectations and achieve treatment goals. Her work focuses on reinforcing positive behaviors, fostering appropriate peer interactions, and guiding children in developing essential socialization skills such as communication, turn-taking, and relationship building.

In addition to her behavioral health experience, Olivia spent many years as a Home Health Aide, where she provided comprehensive physical, emotional, and social support to clients. She assisted individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, prepared specialized meals to support nutritional needs, and maintained accurate care documentation. Olivia also provided meaningful companionship and emotional support to clients and their families during challenging times, helping improve overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Earlier in her career, Olivia worked as a Personal Assistant in a healthcare setting, where she managed administrative responsibilities including patient intake, scheduling, referrals, insurance coordination, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. She developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills while managing patient communication, financial records, and daily office operations.

Currently serving as a Case Manager, Olivia develops comprehensive service plans, conducts client assessments, provides crisis intervention when necessary, and connects individuals and families with essential community resources. She works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, monitors client progress, and adjusts support plans to help clients achieve meaningful goals.

Olivia holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Services from Harcum College and is CPR certified. She has completed the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and is preparing to take the RBT certification exam. She plans to continue her education by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
