About The Thrive Network

The Thrive Network is a comprehensive mental health and wellness organization made up of Where Kids Thrive, Where Families Thrive, Thrive Anywhere (telehealth therapy), and the Thrive Institute. Together, we provide accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based counseling services for children, teens, adults, and families.

Our licensed therapists and mental health professionals specialize in child therapy, family counseling, adolescent mental health, trauma-informed care, and telehealth services designed to support individuals wherever they are. Through in-person sessions and secure online therapy, Thrive Anywhere makes professional counseling more accessible for busy families and adults seeking flexible care.

At The Thrive Network, our mission is to strengthen emotional wellbeing and resilience across communities by offering high-quality psychotherapy, behavioral health services, and professional training programs. We are committed to creating supportive spaces where kids, families, and individuals can grow, heal, and thrive.

Our Story

It was a brisk morning in 2013, and two people happened to attend the same parenting conference in Pennsauken, NJ. One led a statewide behavioral health agency while the other provided educational opportunities for underprivileged youth. The two struck up a conversation and compared stories of their work as well as the challenges they encountered in their endeavors to serve children.

“Why haven’t I ever heard of in-home counseling services?” asked the educator.

“How can my staff keep functioning under all this stress and pressure?” asked the clinician.

This initial conversation turned into many more discussions about the growing need for mental health services for children and the alarming gaps that currently exist.

What might be possible if children had the opportunity to dream bigger than their current circumstances?
What might be possible if parents were empowered with tools based on scientific research rather than criticism or blame?
What might be possible if team members felt fully prepared and totally supported in their work with these youth?
What might be possible if leadership and staff worked in partnership rather than at odds with each other?

Over time, a vision was born – of an organization that would provide a safe and nurturing environment for its staff; of a team deeply committed to ongoing learning and growing to better meet children’s needs; of leadership who exhibited transparency and honesty; of a place where people stopped surviving and began to THRIVE.

Our Mission

The Thrive Network provides individual, family, and couples counseling, diagnostic assessments, medication management, parent coaching, telehealth for all ages, support groups, and institutional training and development services.

We believe that parenting is one of the most important jobs on earth. We understand that financial or work pressures, marital tension, family dynamics, the frenzied pace of the modern world and the new challenges brought by the pandemic and cultural shifts make parenting even more challenging. We are here to help.
