Therapy Rates

The Thrive Network provides affordable counseling and therapy services in South Jersey for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our goal is to make high-quality mental health care accessible while offering flexible options for different needs.

Session Fees:
$105–$350 per 50-minute therapy session.

Reduced-rate counseling may be available with supervised clinical interns when openings allow. If you are interested in lower-cost therapy options, please ask about intern availability during intake.

Insurance Coverage

New Jersey Medicaid Plans

To maintain high-quality care and reduce administrative delays, The Thrive Network participates in a limited number of insurance networks. This allows our therapists to focus on providing compassionate counseling rather than managing excessive insurance paperwork.

We are in-network with the following New Jersey Medicaid plans for outpatient mental health therapy:

• Aetna Better Health of NJ

• Wellpoint New Jersey, Inc.

• Horizon NJ Health

• UnitedHealthcare Community Plan

• Fidelis Health Plans of New Jersey

• New Jersey Medicaid Enrollment

Commercial Insurance Plans

We are in-network with select commercial insurance providers for psychotherapy and counseling services:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Aetna

Some New Jersey FamilyCare plans may offer 100% mental health coverage.*

*Exclusions may apply to individuals enrolled in DDD, MLTSS, or FIDE-SNP programs with outpatient mental health services managed through their MCOs, as well as individuals with dual Medicaid and private insurance coverage.

Out-of-Network Therapy Options

Even if your insurance provider is not listed above, you may still qualify for partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychotherapy services. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify your mental health benefits.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of service, and balances cannot be carried forward.

Military & First Responder Therapy Discount

The Thrive Network proudly supports active military members, veterans, first responders, and their families with reduced rates for outpatient therapy services:

• 25% off initial evaluations

• 10% off ongoing therapy sessions

*Discount applies to private-pay clients only.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Our clinicians reserve dedicated time for each client, so we ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations whenever possible.

Sessions canceled without sufficient notice may be charged at the full session rate. Repeated missed or canceled appointments may result in the loss of a standing appointment time and file closure.
