Internships

Our Program

The Thrive Network’s Clinical Internship Program is designed for graduate-level students in mental health fields, including social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and creative arts therapy. Our program offers meaningful, hands-on clinical experience in a supportive outpatient setting where interns can strengthen their skills while serving diverse client needs.

At Thrive, we are committed to fostering the growth of future clinicians by helping interns bridge academic learning with real-world practice. Interns have the opportunity to engage directly in the therapeutic process, deepen their understanding of client care, and develop confidence in clinical decision-making under the guidance of licensed professionals.

As part of the internship experience, interns participate in direct client services, complete clinical documentation, attend staff meetings, and receive consistent supervision to support their professional development. Our program includes twice-weekly group supervision/ training and once-weekly individual supervision, creating a structured and collaborative learning environment.

Through this experience, interns gain exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities of clinical work while building the knowledge, self-awareness, and practical skills needed for a strong foundation in the mental health field.
