Jill Betz, LCSW

Jill Betz, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New Jersey and New Mexico with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across community-based and clinical settings. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2013 and received her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2022. Throughout her career, Jill has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care.

Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Jill began her career as a Case Manager with the South Jersey AIDS Alliance, providing support and advocacy for individuals living with HIV/AIDS throughout Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Through her dedication and leadership, she advanced to the role of Team Leader, where she supervised multiple programs, guided staff development, ensured compliance with state regulations, and helped deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the communities served.

While pursuing her graduate education, Jill completed a clinical internship in private practice, where she provided individual, couples, and family therapy. Since earning her MSW, she has continued to expand her clinical expertise in mental health settings, working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Jill currently serves as a therapist with Thrive Network, where she provides client-centered care focused on helping individuals build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

Jill’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. She integrates a variety of evidence-based and insight-oriented treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She also has experience supporting individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), helping clients better understand the relationship between emotional well-being and neurological symptoms. Her work emphasizes emotional regulation, self-awareness, practical problem-solving, and the development of healthy coping strategies that promote lasting change.

Known for her warm and supportive presence, Jill is committed to creating a safe environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges. She believes in meeting people where they are and partnering with them to foster growth, healing, and improved overall well-being.

Outside of her professional work, Jill values her role as a mother and enjoys spending quality time with her family. Whether relaxing at the beach or enjoying simple moments together at home, she finds joy in creating meaningful connections and lasting memories with her loved ones.
