Emily Steinhauser, LMFT

Emily is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University in 2016 and has spent her career supporting children, teens, caregivers, and families through trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy.

With more than five years of clinical experience, Emily has worked in intensive in-home settings, residential programs, and community mental health, providing services that emphasize systemic and relational healing. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), Nurtured Heart, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Currently, she also serves as a Clinical Supervisor, mentoring and developing new clinicians.

Emily is passionate about helping caregivers and families build sustainable change, strengthen connection, and foster resilience. She has a strong background in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and brings a culturally responsive lens to her work.

Outside of her professional role, Emily enjoys spending time with her pets, going to the beach, and listening to podcasts.
