Tiffany is a compassionate and skilled Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of experience in the social services and mental health fields, serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Millersville University. Licensed as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey, Tiffany is deeply committed to trauma-informed, strength-based care and is adept at supporting individuals through challenges such as PTSD, addiction, severe mental illness, and crisis situations.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has held diverse roles across residential, outpatient, and community-based settings, including Director of Social Services, Program Supervisor, and Community Outreach Manager. She has extensive experience in program supervision, staff training, and community engagement, consistently fostering collaboration and resilience while ensuring client-centered care. Tiffany is particularly passionate about serving communities of color, destigmatizing therapy, and promoting culturally responsive practices.
