Tara Will, Early Childhood Program Supervisor & Educator

Tara Will is a seasoned education and mental health professional with more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, 15 years of teaching in higher education, and over 15 years in mental health counseling. She holds a New Jersey P-3 Teaching Certificate, is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), and is a Board-Certified Life Coach.

Currently serving as an Early Childhood Program Supervisor with The Thrive Network, Tara oversees and supports early childhood education programs with a strong focus on social-emotional learning and self-regulation. In this role, she supervises educators, ensures compliance with state standards, develops and implements curricula, provides professional development, and maintains collaborative communication with staff and families to foster a safe and nurturing environment for children. She also contributes to Thrive’s marketing team, supporting campaigns, content creation, and community engagement initiatives.

Tara’s career includes long-standing positions as a Preschool Teacher with AtlantiCare Kids and an Adjunct Professor at Rowan College of South Jersey, where she has taught courses in child development and health. She has also served as a group therapist, in-home adolescent therapist, and mentor to both students and colleagues.

With a passion for growth, connection, and empowerment, Tara brings together her unique blend of educational expertise, clinical experience, and leadership skills to create impactful learning environments for children, families, and professionals alike.
