While she served as a Program Therapist at Crossroads Programs in Willingboro, NJ, Tanisha ensured that treatment plans were comprehensive, timely, and measurable, and she employed strategies such as play therapy, behavior modification, and crisis intervention to promote client well-being. 

Previously, Tanisha provided in-home therapy at We Help People in Burlington, NJ, and offered clinical assessments, counseling, and care planning at Positive Reset in Eatontown, NJ. Earlier experience includes facilitating coping and social skills groups as a Mental Health Associate at Penn Medicine Princeton House, demonstrating a consistent commitment to supporting clients across age groups and clinical needs.

Tanisha holds a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, with additional international study at Kingston University in London. Skilled in crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, individual and group counseling, and clinical intake, Tanisha is dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and positive outcomes for every client served.
