Beth’s experience with young people spans more than 30 years. For 27 years, she has served as a senior probation officer working with juveniles in an effort to redirect their lives in a more positive direction. During her tenure with the court system, Ms. Beal-Williams has completed extensive trainings in mediation/conciliation, supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health first aid, domestic violence and substance abuse. Beth has worked as an adjunct professor at a local college, completed her certification as a criminal justice counselor, and served as the assistant coordinator for the Atlantic City Rites of Passage Program.
