Change Lives for a Living

Thrives’ mission outlines the importance of providing space and effective care for kids, families, and adults who have experienced a significant level of distress. In addition to providing compassionate and competent therapists to meet the needs of those we serve. While with Thrive, I have seen the amount of effort and care our leadership pours into our community and staff, which further highlights my dedication to the vision of Thrive. My personal goals as a therapist and individual are to provide hope and compassion as the essence of hope come from a partnership, adequate and effective services, and bringing authenticity to my work.
Amber Chastine
My personal goals and abilities connect to Thrive’s mission and vision through wanting to create opportunities for staff and the community to come together and grow together. One of my personal goals is to become a leader and connector of resources and be an outstanding clinician known for promoting wellness and greater self-actualization. Building relationships is vital to Thrive, and they are important to me. Whether it is a client or community member requesting more information, I believe it is smart to connect with folks in a meaningful way that allows them to be seen and heard. In a day and age where mental health services are plentiful, I believe that Thrive is a standout due to its ability to build relationships with every person they come in contact with. I pride myself on remembering the details of my clients because that is meaningful to them, and that is what sets Thrive apart from all the others.
