Kyle is a therapist providing clinical services for adolescents and adults in our outpatient location in Voorhees and in-home services for children in Camden and Burlington Counties. Kyle believes in the philosophy of a client-centered approach to treatment. He supports the idea of building a therapeutic alliance with clients, providing them with a safe and secure environment to express their feelings. Kyle specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Kyle began working in the mental health field in 2012, when he served in the United States Army as a resiliency counselor. While there, he focused on providing mental health services to service members and their families. Kyle subsequently worked in the law enforcement field, where he gained valuable knowledge about trauma and communication. He also has experience working in both adult and child partial care settings. Kyle worked with children, teens, and adults.
Kyle holds a certificate as a licensed associate counselor in the State of New Jersey. He earned a Master of Arts degree in clinical mental health counseling from Rowan University. During his academic career at Rowan, Kyle participated in research labs focused on anxiety, depression, and applied behavior analysis. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in human resource management. Some of Kyle’s personal achievements include earning the rank of Eagle Scout, graduating from basic training in the United States Army, and graduating from the Camden County College Police Academy.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys fishing and boating. He also likes hiking, history, and building models.
