Dana Breslau, MSW, LSW

Dana earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Stockton and Rutgers Universities respectively with a focus on clinical specialization at Rutgers.

Dana began her journey with The Thrive Network through their internship program, where she was able to develop her skills as a clinician working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Dana specializes in working with individuals of all ages who have experienced various types of trauma. She utilizes trauma-informed interventions and practices to assist children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, Dana has a keen interest in LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, attachment styles, self-esteem, social skills, bullying, and suicide prevention.

When she’s not working, Dana enjoys spending time with her two cats, Jupiter and Astrid. She loves reading novels, watching horror movies, journaling, and listening to different types of music. In addition, she is passionate about traveling, exploring new local restaurants, and visiting the shore. Dana is a proud supporter of the local LGBTQ+ community and often attends events to support the community.
