Bianca is a compassionate and dedicated Master’s level community mental health counselor who has extensive background in individual and family therapy, behavioral intervention, and research studies related to individuals with attachment disorder as well as a certified Education Specialist in Counseling Services, Ed.S. Bianca is dedicated to assisting Thrive youth achieve their fullest potential and desires to help families achieve connectedness while improving their stability and emotional and psychological well-being.
Bianca has extensive training in Trauma Focused therapy, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and the Sanctuary model, bringing knowledge and understanding to youth while providing them with the tools and interventions for improvement. She has worked as Program Supervisor for a children’s group home, has extensive experience working with the juvenile court system, and played an important role in assisting the group home residents receive the treatment necessary to re-enter their communities.
